    Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to comply with the relevant applicable legislation regarding the collection, processing and disposal of personal data for data subjects. This must be processed lawfully and transparently.

    What types of personal data does Sentinel collect?

    In providing services to you, we may collect, process and control your personal data including information such as your name, business title, email address, telephone number and postal address. In addition, in order to satisfy our regulatory and legal requirements when providing a service to you, we may collect additional sensitive personal data including any relevant information surrounding your credit history, criminal record, and any other due diligence needed to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulation.  

    When you visit our website, we may ask you to provide personal data to us for us to be able to contact you or provide relevant regulatory notifications to you. You are not obliged to provide us with personal data, however, we will be unable to contact you without this information.
